Massive Win for the American People!

 

 

Today is a turning point for our country. The Supreme Court handed down a series of rulings that mark a massive win for President Trump, and for everyday Americans who have been fighting to take back their rights, their voice, and their country.

 

The Court ruled lower courts can no longer use nationwide injunctions to block the President’s policies, a tactic that’s been abused over and over again by the same five district courts: Western Washington, Maryland, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and several single-judge districts in Texas. These rogue judges took it upon themselves to override the elected President of the United States by halting policies across the entire country, even when the case involved only a handful of plaintiffs. That ends today.

 

This is a decision many of us have been waiting on for a long time. We’ve been extremely frustrated watching unelected judges act like an alternative president. The Supreme Court made it clear: abuse of power is no longer allowed.

 

But the victories didn’t stop there.

 

The Court also ruled in favor of parents’ rights in education, defending our ability to opt our children out of radical curriculum, including content tied to gender and sexuality ideologies that go against our faith and values. And in another critical decision, the Court sided with families who challenged school systems pushing LGBTQ+ books on children without consent or transparency, reinforcing our First Amendment right to religious freedom.

 

 

These rulings are a huge step forward in our fight to protect our kids, defend parental rights, and restore common sense in America. Today was a great day for America! 🇺🇸
